Stuart Campbell has been appointed as a new CEO of Griffin Refineries Group effective immediately.

“On behalf of all our Board of Directors, I am delighted to welcome Stuart Campbell as the CEO of the Griffin Refineries Group. Campbell is the right person to lead Griffin into the future, given his strong command on Griffins’ business and proven ability to drive results.” said Matti Jaakola, Chairman of the Board of Directors, when announcing the appointment.

“I am thrilled to take on this exciting challenge and continue to work with the great team here at Griffin, as well as our partners and customers in the environmental infrastructure projects Griffin is developing”, said Campbell.

Campbell has served as Chief Operating Officer of Griffin Refineries Group, focusing on the organisational processes, strategy and business development. Prior to joining Griffin, Campbell was Vice President of Korkia Venture Insight, and previously, Campbell has been in director roles both with Savills energy division and Ernst & Young environmental energy finance group.

Campbell succeeds Christian Abl. “We would like to thank Christian Abl for his outstanding commitment and valuable contribution to the business, especially his important work in the United Arabic Emirates (UAE)” said Jaakola.
